Centrally located is a clay lined stock tank that holds water most years. This water feature serves as the primary water source for wildlife and cattle. There is an older water which was previously outfitted with a windmill. The current condition of the water well in unknown by Seller. Perimeter fencing includes a combination of older, mainly barbed wire with some areas of net wire.
