Due to the nice roll of the terrain, some great long distance views can be found. Speaking of "nice roll of the terrain", the elevation changes are interesting and appreciated. The entire north boundary is high fenced (the remainder of the fencing is low) so if completing the high fence perimeter is a priority, it has a good start. Or just enjoy the free ranging wildlife as-is. This ranch has just about everything a discerning buyer could want!
