Randy was very attentive when listening to needs and wants for the housing search. Being that I was not in the area while buying the home, he was super responsive and understanding when I had questions regarding the purchase process. Supremely helpful in all aspects of the process. He was there for us when we had questions, explained each step of the process thoroughly, and always made sure to update us with the necessary paperwork that needed to be signed/filled out. We could have not asked for a better experience when looking for and buying a house. He was honest, transparent, respectful of our time, and didn't hold back on telling us the reality of what could and could not happen during the entire process. When we first met Randy, it was at a VA Home Loan Seminar in March of 2021. We have spoken to a few real estate agents there, however, he was the only agent that did not ask us multiple questions that we could not have possibly known the answer to at the time, and did not ask to work with him immediately. Randy, instead, talked to us about when we were looking to get a house, and what information we needed to even start looking. We attended that VA Home Loan Seminar to get free food, but left with the confidence of who we would call when we were ready. Randy was patient and remembered us from March 2021 when we called in August 2021. We were excited to see him again after five months and did not skip a beat on continuing our conversation about finding our first home as a married military couple.
